Budget triple room with a bedroom and a pretty view was ready when we checked-in.

The restaurant here was good with a choice of food and a cooked breakfast, we both ordered tasty dishes. It had lovely views of the garden. The location in a nice quiet area was particularly good and there were a wine shop and all the main shops nearby.

The rooms are well-equipped and they have multi-channel TV, coffee and tea making equipment, and a writing table. The breakfast is savoury, includes a wide array of meals

In a hotel like this - stain is unacceptable.

Make sure to ask about breakfast hours to enjoy a proper meal before your plans.

When we checked in, double room with large windows overlooking backyard was ready.

I loved that the breakfast included gluten-free bread and I could order a traditional Scottish breakfast. There were cozy sitting areas to relax and unwind with a cup of tea. The only drawback was the bedding could use an update, but I still had a wonderful time! 😊

The holiday guest house was a great choice for our 2-night stay. The breakfast prepared by mei was excellent, and she was very helpful in arranging a taxi for us. The location was convenient, especially for those planning to head to the airport. Dropping off our bags early was an added bonus.

great base for exploring parks and landmarks in the city

I had a fantastic stay with comfy beds and an excellent breakfast served by a lovely family, making it an ideal spot for any single traveler like me who enjoys quick access to nearby parks and landmarks like Arthur's Seat and the fine views from Calton Hill, but it can be a bit of a trek to the core of the city, so plan your route accordingly.

I loved that the bus stop was just across the street, and a short 20-minute walk led us to the fine National Museum of Scotland, making our city explorations super convenient.

The owners were super friendly and kept in touch before we arrived. The room was quite comfy and clean. Breakfast was good, loved the fresh smell in the house. Easy to come and go with the security code. Location was not too far from the city center and had good bus access.

The bathroom was a bit outdated and could use some fixing up. Would have liked a better selection of teas in the room.

The atmosphere was so warm and inviting. The breakfast options were delicious and personalized just for me, including gluten-free options! Plus, the convenience of having a bus stop right outside made exploring the area easy.

Love that the private bathroom was clean, and the shower had great water pressure! The freshly cooked english breakfast was a highlight, and it filled us up for the day ahead.
